      性别决定区Y 框蛋白2(SOX2)是SOX 基因家族的转录因子,维持干细胞的全能性,参与肿瘤干细胞的自我更新,在多   种肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。近年来,大量研究发现SOX2 在卵巢癌中高表达,且与卵巢癌干细胞特性的获得有着潜在   的关系。研究显示,BB5 区域可作为SOX2 的阻遏物调节SOX2 在组织中的表达。SOX2 的表达与卵巢癌患者的化疗耐药性和不   良预后密切相关,其可预测化疗耐药性并辅助预后,同时可作为早期检测的肿瘤标志物,并且具有较强的检测能力。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Sex?determining region Y?box 2 is a gene that encodes for a transcription factor belonging to the SOX gene family. It maintains   totipotency of stem cells, participates in self?renewal of tumor stem cells, and plays a key role in the occurrence and development of multi?   ple tumors. In recent years, many studies have found that SOX2 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer, which has a potential relationship   with the development of ovarian cancer stem cell characteristics. Moreover, studies have shown that the BB5 region acts as a repressor of   SOX2 and regulates SOX2 expression in tissues. The expression of SOX2 is closely related with chemoresistance and poor prognosis in pa?   tients with ovarian cancer; therefore, it can predict chemoresistance and prognosis, and can be used as a tumor marker in early detection   with good detectability.
