      【摘要】结直肠癌(CRC)是全球第三大常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,多数CRC患者在行根治性手术前已出现微转移。据美国官方数据统计,被诊断为局限期CRC的患者,5年生存率为90%;但对于被诊断为区域性和远处转移性CRC的患者,存活率分别下降到71%和14%。因此,转移可能是导致CRC患者死亡的首要原因。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA转录本,其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用越来越受人们的关注。许多研究证据表明lncRNA通过激活或抑制癌症转移途径参与转移。尽管lncRNA已被鉴定为致癌基因或肿瘤抑制基因或预后预测因子,但它们在CRC转移发展中的作用知之甚少。本文总结了lncRNA参与CRC转移途径的相关研究,为进一步研究CRC侵袭转移的相关机制提供新依据与新思路。并阐述lncRNA在未来有作为癌症诊断、预后标志物和治疗靶标的潜力。

      【Abstract】Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies in the world, and most CRC patients have   micrometastases before radical surgery. According to the U.S. official data, the 5?year survival rate was 90% for patients who were diag?   nosed with localized CRC, but 71% and 14% for those diagnosed with regional and distant metastatic CRC, respectively. Therefore, the   metastasis may be the leading cause of death in CRC patients. Long non?coding RNA (lncRNA) is a non?coding RNA transcript longer   than 200 nucleotides. Its role in the occurrence and development of tumor is attracting more and more attention. Much research evidence   suggests that lncRNAs participate in the metastasis through activation or inhibition of metastasis. Although lncRNAs have been identified as   oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes and prognostic predictors, their molecular mechanisms in the development of CRC metastases are   poorly understood. This article summarizes the relevant research on lncRNA involved in the CRC metastasis pathway, and explains the po?   tential of lncRNA as a cancer diagnostic, prognostic marker and therapeutic target in the future, providing new basis and new ideas for fur?   ther research on the mechanism of CRC invasion and metastasis.
